MOMENTUM 2026: Call for speakers

Your captive audience awaits …
Want to host a workshop or present a session at MOMENTUM 2026? Looking to teach on the topic of your choice in front of over 1,200 engaged medical professionals? Or perhaps you’d rather join one of our client panels.
If the answer is yes, then you’re in luck. We’re opening up the MOMENTUM stage and inviting new speakers to join us this year.
What is MOMENTUM?
Every year, ModMed® users from across the nation arrive in Orlando to attend MOMENTUM, the annual ModMed user conference and our biggest event of the year. During the three-day conference, take advantage of:
- Exclusive access to the latest innovations in AI and healthcare tech
- Pre-release sneak peeks at new products, enhancements, and solutions
- Engaging, educational, specialty-specific sessions
- Inspirational keynotes and guest speakers
- Interactive workshops, as well as 1:1 training and support
- Collaborative, peer-to-peer roundtable discussions
and so much more …
Here’s where you come in
This year, we’re inviting industry and thought leaders, executives, and experts in their field to share their knowledge, innovative strategies, firsthand experiences, and lessons learned — as well as any tips, techniques, and best practices they’ve picked up along the way — to a captive audience of MOMENTUM attendees.

A few important details to know
- The deadline to submit your proposal is June 30
- No soliciting of products or services and no sales pitches
- Speakers must be available to speak or present on either day of the Main Conference (Saturday, Oct 17, or Sunday, Oct 18) to avoid scheduling conflicts
- Speakers will not be able to request a specific date or time for their presentation. Our team will assign presentation slots based on factors such as the event schedule, number of approved speakers, topics, and other details.
- Our team will reach out to let you know if your proposal has been accepted. We will also confirm your assigned speaking date and time in the months leading up to MOMENTUM.
- ModMed reserves the right to change the title or key objectives of any session proposal as needed for our programming goals
Tips for submitting a strong proposal
- The topic of your proposal must be educational. We’re looking for topics that:
- Support advancements in specialty medicine and quality patient care
- Offer relevant industry insights
- Highlight your unique experiences and those of your team or practice
- Reveal challenges you’ve faced and solutions you implemented to overcome them
- Promote knowledge-sharing and peer-to-peer learning
- Provide a title for your presentation. We recommend keeping the title to fewer than 15 words, as some printed materials and event signage may have space constraints.
- Write a brief description (ideally between ~150–250 words) of your presentation or topic
- Include learning objectives (3–5 bullet points)
- Plan for a 45-minute presentation, including Q&A
