Save the date

I think specifically by coming to Momentum, this is only my second time here, but I created such great relationships with podiatry and just general leaders at MonMed that I think I can reach out at any point and get the help that I need. It’s great to see what’s coming and to be able to get some expert help on things. But honestly, networking with other groups that are doing the same things you’re doing and listening to what they’re doing and what new ideas they have. That’s almost more important than the information you get is being with this like minded group of people, using the same product, trying to solve for the same problems. I attended last year with a nurse manager that she was able to attend the sessions and walked away with a plethora of information. So I brought two additional employees with me this year on both of my leadership teams. I’m excited for them to get to experience all that ModMed offers to be able to fine tune what they do daily, but also to walk away with what’s to come and be excited about that to help share the excitement with our providers and our practice. This is my second year. I thoroughly enjoy it. I brought my HR and operations manager with me this time and them being able to get into some of the other stuff and let me look at the admin and the clinical side of stuff. So the trip paid for itself as far as I’m concerned. Work smarter, not harder is my life motto, especially my work motto, and not duplicating work is huge to me. To learn something like that makes it worth it.
