MOMENTUM 2024

General

Who should attend MOMENTUM?

Anyone in the practice that wants to improve their product knowledge and skills, learn more about the latest industry trends and network with other medical professionals and thought leaders.

What’s the difference between a pre-conference workshop and the main conference?

The pre-conference workshops are specifically designed for hands-on training. The main conference covers a broader range of topics related to each specialty as well as other healthcare-related topics. They are separate events, and while you don’t have to attend both, we strongly recommend you do.

What is the dress code for all events?

Comfortable business casual or resort casual attire is recommended for the entire event. Even though you will be in Florida, expect cooler A/C temperatures inside, so please dress accordingly.

Are breakfast and lunch included?

Breakfast and lunch will be provided to registered pre-conference attendees. Both breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday during the main conference. On Sunday, only breakfast will be provided.

Do I need to bring my iPad or laptop to the pre-conference workshop and main conference?

For the pre-conference workshops, an iPad or laptop is required. We suggest bringing the device you typically use during the workday. For the main conference, nothing is required but we recommend you bring either a laptop or an iPad as we will not be providing these on site.

Will any of the sessions be recorded?

No, the only way to view the sessions is to attend.

How do I get a refund?
  • Cancellation notices must be received in writing by our event support team via email: info@eventproducers.events
  • If notice is received by October 24, 2024 registration fees will be refunded minus a $100 administration fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 24, 2024.

Are there discounts for registering more than one attendee?

Yes. Register a group of four or more, and each person will receive a $100 discount. Sending more than 10 attendees? Register the first 10 at the group discount, and then email info@eventproducers.events to receive a code for an additional $100 discount off of subsequent registrations. Group registrations must be submitted at the same time.
